Noting the dynamic growth and strength of the Italian market, London-based 888 Holdings PLC has kept with its expansionist strategy and launched 888.it, an Italian version of its sportsbook.
888.it will start out relatively small by offering fixed odds initially related to national sporting events, as well as international ones of a pertinent Italian interest, with plans at later stages to add horse racing and “skill” games, most notably poker.
Italian expansion was made aided by 888’s partnership with Cogetech, a local partner and specialist in the Italian marketplace.
